Cancellation policy
Please check our cancellation & rescheduling policy before booking.
We are a small independent business and rely on our customers to honour their booking. To book a sauna session, we require payment to be made in full, via our online booking system.
We require 72hrs or more notice period to cancel or reschedule.
Rescheduling for saunas booked in error will only be accommodated with at least 72 hours' advance notice in line with our policy. Unfortunately, no adjustments, refund or rescheduling can be made after the scheduled date and time, as this creates a financial strain on our business.
Changing my sauna date/time
All customers can change their booking date and time using the "Amend" button located in the confirmation email.
Cancellation
If you are unable to make your sauna session and require a refund, we can provide you with a full refund or credit note provided we have 72hrs notice. This is to provide us with sufficient time for your session to be rebooked. Please email oceansoulsauna@gmail.com with your details.
If notified within the 72hrs window, we regret that we will be unable to provide a refund. However, all sessions are transferable to another person.
Reschedule
If you need to change your sauna session, you are welcome to reschedule provided we have 72hrs notice. This is to provide us with sufficient time for your session to be rebooked. Please email with your details to oceansoulsauna@gmail.com
We regret that we are unable to reschedule or change your booking date or time, with less than 48hrs notice.
Special Events and Courses
If you are unable to make your sauna event or class and require a refund, we can provide you with a full refund or credit note provided we have 96hrs/4 days notice. This is to provide us with sufficient time for your space to be rebooked.

If notified within the 96hr/4day window, we regret that we will be unable to provide a refund. However, all sessions are transferable to another person.
We regret that we are unable to reschedule one off courses or events.
Sauna Saver Pass
The sauna saver pass is for your personal use only and cannot be transferred to another person.
The cancellation and rescheduling of sauna sessions is possible, and it follows our standard policy of requiring 72hrs notice of more. Any less than this window, we will be unable to offer a refund or reschedule for the credits lost.
If you change your mind, you can request a refund for the entire pass provided. Refunds will incur a £1.75 handling fee, which is a direct charge we incur from the merchant and for processing. We hope you understand.
If the sauna saver pass credits have been partially used, it is non-refundable.
