STEP GUIDE

How to use your Sauna Saver Pass

  1. On the booking page - select - sign in

  2. Once you are signed in select your chosen shared sauna slot

  3. Move through the booking process to the payment page

  4. You will see Payment at the top of the page. It will show - You are using one prepaid credit from 'Sauna Saver Pass - Block of 5

  5. Confirm your booking and a credit will be deducted.

  6. If you need to check your credits. Sign in - Go to - My Account

  7. You will see option boxes - select - Your prepaid credits

Booking Friends/Family

If you wish to book a friend or family member alongside using your sauna credits, you must do this separately with a different email address, i.e., a new transaction must be created for your friend or family member. The booking system cannot deduct credits and process a standard payment at the same time. Apologies for the inconvenience; the system does not offer this feature.
