Contact Us Form – Using our websites contact form, we will collect personal identifiers, such as your first and last name and email address along with any additional information you choose to share.

Email Correspondence – If you email our company directly, we will retain your email and our response for as long as the business enquiry remains and there is a legitimate interest. We store this data for five years after your last interaction with us unless you withdraw consent.

Telephone Data – We will collect data from mobile calls, whats app or messages, when you provide consent to enable us to deliver our business services.

Marketing Updates – If you sign up and consent for event updates on our website, we will collect your email address, which will be securely retained on Mailchimp and Squarespace databases. We will store your data for 5 years from our last interaction, unless you withdraw consent.

Face to Face - If you provided us with your contact details face to face, we may contact you via text message, email or post. The legal basis for this is a legitimate interest. We store this data for five years after your last interaction with us unless you withdraw consent.

Feedback Surveys – On sending you our feedback survey, we may ask for information such as your age bracket with any additional comments you chose to share with us. This data will be used to improve our services and data will be stored for five years.

  Ocean Soul Sauna stores your data securely through the third-party companies Squarespace and Mailchimp, to manage contact information and produce newsletters and email updates. We provide this communication on the basis that you are an existing customer that has used our service. Ocean Soul Sauna will keep your personal details/identifiers for five years from the last interaction. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your information.
